Referrals

A formal referral is not required for patients to attend the clinic, however we welcome referral notes to facilitate feedback and information.

The clinic accepts referrals from GPs, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other health care providers. We welcome referrals for contact lenses, dry eye, myopia control, colour vision assessment, children, binocular vision disorders, keratoconus, corneal grafts, as well as general optometric examination.

Supervising optometrists hold therapeutic endorsements and as part of the therapeutic teaching program for current optometric students the clinic can prescribe medications available to therapeutically endorsed optometrists.

The Clinic offers a range of diagnostic equipment not usually accessible in mainstream optometry practice.
