Our phone lines are open from 8:45am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

For acute eye problems or ocular emergencies, please call our clinic directly and speak with our highly skilled front desk staff.

Please note that as we are a teaching clinic, our appointments may sometimes take longer than at other optometry service providers; up to 90 minutes for a full initial consultation. When making an appointment, we can advise you on the expected length of your visit.

We have taken proactive measure to ensure a healthy and COVID-safe environment for our patients, staff, and students. We continue to observe strict hygiene practices and patients with symptoms of COVID-19 are asked to defer appointments until symptoms have resolved.

In order to keep yourself, your family, and our staff safe and healthy, we ask that you not attend your appointment if you are sick or unwell.
